The NCR's propaganda keeps some of the overly offensive content because I believe the NCR would use that sort of sharp shock horror to influence troops in the Mojave. - For Even Better Loading Screen, I removed the loading screens and main screen, just using this for the replacement Legal and Brand intros. - "Merged Patches" are called that because of how the plugins are generated in xEdit, most of the automatic entries are combed through and deleted so just Conflict Resolution related records remain.
