cbbe physics manager json load failed + CTD upon save/quicksave/consolesave

when loading save, displays cbbe physics manager json load failed. When trying to subsequently save file (save/quicksave/consolesave) CTD occurs. have tried loading older file, tried player.kill method; suspect it is related to "cbbe physics manager json load failed" issue, so resolving that error takes first priority
